By accessing or using OptiBear, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
OptiBear is an internal tool developed exclusively for use by authorized Nikosoft LLC employees. The Platform is not a publicly available service and is not offered to third parties, external clients, or the general public.
Access to the Platform is granted solely at the discretion of Nikosoft LLC management and is limited to:

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nikosoft LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nikosoft LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Authorized users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nikosoft LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Nikosoft LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify authorized users through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Nikosoft LLC may suspend or terminate any user’s access to OptiBear at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the user’s right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Nikosoft LLC regarding the use of OptiBear and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
